  1. I had a terrible experience at Air-tastic. While going through the booking process with air-tastic online I couldn’t see information on the length of play time. So I decided to call the contact number from the website and was very disappointed to hear there were literally no options to speak with someone for general inquiries. I hung up and booked a slot online. When I arrived at air-tastic in Bangor I was extremely unhappy with the companies sock policy.  Having trampolined competitively in my teenage years, experienced numerous leisure facilities, and used many different trampolines. I understand the difference between round recreational/ outdoor trampolines, rectangular beds for semi-professional/professional/gymnastic use, square trampolines and springless trampolines. Lets not get caught up in all the many forms that a trampoline can take. I think it is outrageous that families, parents should have to spend additional money on socks that are not essential for safety. Insurance companies  should not be used as an excuse to add additional cost to a fun family day out. And I will continue to speak out and blog on this topic. As a side note; a manager named Marcie displayed an atrocious level of customer service. I was refused information on air-tastic’s complaint procedure and Marcie said she did not have a head office contact number.  I asked how Marcie pronounced her name to which she smirked at me and said “I thought you were supposed to be intelligent”.
